1. How do I earn points?
Simply register an account with us and start earning points.

2. How do I check my points?
Click on the ‘Rewards Program’ tab on the left side of the page and sign in to your account. You will be able to see your points accumulated at the top right corner of the widget.

3. How can I redeem vouchers using my points?
Click on the gift icon 🎁 in the middle of the widget and you will be able to see all the rewards.

You will be able to click on the arrow to redeem the voucher(s) when you have accumulated enough points.

4. Is there any expiry for the points collected?
Good news! There will be no expiry for the points.

5. Will my membership tier drop after using the points?
Rest assured, you will remain in your member tier after redeeming the voucher(s) using your points.

6. Can I earn points for my previous purchases before I joined the rewards program?
We value all our customers; you are no exception!

Simply drop us an email at support@thenovuslab.com or live chat us with your name, email and order number(s) and we will manually adjust your points balance for you 😉

7. Can I use more than 1 voucher at a time?
Unfortunately, vouchers and discounts cannot be stacked. One at a time, save it for your next order! 😊

8. Is there any expiry for the vouchers?
Once you exchanged the points for voucher, the vouchers are only valid for 30 days.

Remember to use them before they expire!

9. Is there any minimum spend required for the vouchers?
Good news! There isn’t any minimum spend on the vouchers you received from the rewards program.
