Giveaway/ Like & Share Terms & Conditions

ELIGIBILITY

If you are under the age of 18 you will have to obtain the approval of your parents or legal guardians to enter to the Giveaways. THE NOVUS LAB may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval, if relevant. THE NOVUS LAB may exclude any participants who are not able to provide with such proof. Employees of THE NOVUS LAB are not eligible to participate.

DATE OF GIVEAWAYS

The Giveaways shall start and close on the date specified on the THE NOVUS LAB Instagram and/or THE NOVUS LAB Facebook posts. Entries after the closing date will not be allowed. 

HOW TO ENTER

The Giveaways post on Instagram and/or Facebook will explain the entry procedure. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaways. Only one entry will be accepted per person, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Instagram and/or Facebook post. By entering a Giveaway, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Giveaway unless you enter each Giveaway separately. 

THE WINNER

The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram and/or Facebook via our official THE NOVUS LAB account within 5 business days after the closing date of the Giveaway. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days, THE NOVUS LAB reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner. THE NOVUS LAB’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.  

PRIZE

The promotional prize shall be a THE NOVUS LAB product as indicated on the THE NOVUS LAB Instagram and/or THE NOVUS LAB Facebook post. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

DELIVERY

Giveaways or LNS prizes are to be self-collected via our warehouse at 84 Genting Lane, Axxel Innovation Centre, #04-01, Singapore 349584 within 14 days. Express delivery is available at $7, cost to be bear by the winner.

PERSONAL DATA

Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, THE NOVUS LAB may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, in THE NOVUS LAB Facebook post, Instagram and/or stories. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless THE NOVUS LAB, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

THE NOVUS LAB reserves its right to cancel the Giveaways at any times or change the provisions of the General Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediately effect upon the publication thereof.
